1.1.1 When I connect a wallet, it redirects me to the wallet website.
If your wallet is in the same browser where the bridge website is opened, reload the website and try again.
In case you need 2 different wallets for a bridge transfer (for example, you bridge to or from Solana), and they are in different browsers, you can finish Receive transaction in another browser on the Receive tab.
Let's assume you need to transfer SOL from Polygon to Solana. You have MetaMask in Browser A and Phantom in Browser B.
1.1.2 I get the following error: "You have no assets to pay for the transaction on your receiving address. Please add some money and try again." or “You don’t have enough gas to pay for the transaction.”
You can get this error when there is not enough gas to pay for Receive transaction. You can transfer some gas tokens from CEX. Here is a list of CEXes to send some gas tokens: https://docs.allbridge.io/guides/faq/which-cexes-you-can-use-to-send-gas-token

1.1.3 I changed the network and can't finish the bridge transfer.
You need to reload the page and you will see a tab with your unfinished transaction. Press “Finish” to finish the transaction.
1.1.4 My transaction is pending on the bridge, but it is successful on the block explorer.
Please use the following guide to finish your transfer:
If your transaction failed without any error on a block explorer, reload the page and try again.
If your transaction failed with the following error: "ERC20: transfer amount exceeds balance." - read the following explanation.
You can see this error in a block explorer if you approved Send transaction 2 times.
It happens if you don't see MetaMask pop-up window with the transaction confirmation, reload the page and try to complete Send transaction again. MetaMask asks you for 2 confirmations, you confirm it and as a result, you have 2 transactions: a successful one and a failed one.
In this case, you should open a successful transaction (should be right before the failed transaction). Find the transaction ID, and finish the Receive transaction. Use this guide to do so.
Are you sure that the address of your wallet is the same that you pasted in the address field?
If it is not the same, please check the address that you pasted in.
